Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM CST on Fridays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier and weather conditions.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS for domestic shipments. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Shop Serendipidee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
